(ex. Pose / Scene / Concept / Character )✔ You are allowed to ask for minor edits & updates
at any time before the finalization phase.
(ex. Minor ref sheet addition, color correction, etc.)✔ You can use your request/commission as an icon, header, or otherwise personal usage (ArtFight, etc).

Important Information

Please provide a clear reference.
Less shading the better. Full-body references are ideal.Written references must be detailed & with examples.
I am less likely to take commissions involving these,
unless I feel comfortable with the amount of info given.Clients may only claim one slot at a time.
This is to ensure a quick turnaround for all clients.This is a digital service, no physical product is given.
If you wish to turn your piece into a print, consult me first.I will likely tweak colors for better quality.
I like to play around with the atmosphere of a piece, meaning your chosen colors may be enhanced, dulled, etc.
Please feel free to suggest changes nevertheless, as customer satisfaction is super important to me.-NON-COMMISSIONERS:Please avoid using the commissioned art of others, unless you have been given explicit permission by the client.I & the client reserve the right to ask you to comply with any takedowns, removals, etc of the piece and its unauthorized usage.Failure in doing so will result in

Process & Progress

Slots will be announced on Tumblr & deviantArt.
Claim one by DMing me on any site.Slots are done in batches.
This is to give everyone an equal chance to claim one.
Commissions that are right up my alley (see "Will Draw" section), and Urgent/Emergency cases will be completed with the quickest turnaround.I will announce slot closure, and contact clients privately.
If you weren't contacted, you may try again next time.Commission details will be discussed,
then a sketch will be produced.
You can request up to 2 sketch re-draws,
not including the first-given sketch.
Once you approve the sketch,
you must send down payment within 48 hours.❗❗ IMPORTANT: I cannot make major changes to the sketch past this point, unless I have made a mistake regarding a key aspect (character design, background, etc) that was noticed past the sketching stage.Slots can only be held for up to a week without payment.
Once a week passes with no down payment,
your slot will be emptied for another customer.Once down payment is given, work begins.
Turnaround will be within 1 week to 1 month,
depending on complexity, size, etc.❗❗ Rush/Emergency fees are applicable,
and deadlines must be no sooner than a week.I will update you every step of the way.
Sketch -> Lineart -> Flat Color -> ShadingYou will confirm at each stage that you approve
of what has been provided, or inform me of any adjustments otherwise.For the quickest service, please respond to any questions I may have ASAP.Please be proactive about any changes you'd like made.
Changes involving lineart at the Flat Color & beyond stages WILL incur additional costs.Completely redoing a commission is not permitted.Once the commission is done, final payment is needed.
You will receive a non-watermarked & watermarked version of your piece afterwards.Your commission will then be posted across my accounts.
UNLESS you explicitly state otherwise,
i.e for a private commission.

Payment & Refunds

Payment:
Paypal invoice & Ko-Fi ONLY,
until further notice.USD only; please convert funds accordingly.Down payment of 50% must be given
upon receiving & approving the final sketch.Final payment of the remaining 50%
must be given before final artwork can be received.If funds aren't received in 48hrs,
your slot will be revoked.
Repeat absentee behaviour will
result in being blacklisted.Please communicate ASAP with me if there are any issues.I am more than happy to accommodate in the event of an emergency / unexpected bill for an additional 48 hours, but work will not resume until payment is received.-Refunding Policy:100% refund ONLY before approving
the final sketch, or if I can't complete your commission.Partial refund depending on how
much of the piece is done. I will deduct accordingly.0% refund once
I have reached the shading phase.I do not do payment plans at this current time.Please do not force chargeback.
I will be more than happy to resolve any issues,
so long as you give me ample timing to do so.Cancelled/Abandoned commissions
are forfeit to being redesigned & repurposed for my usage, such as personal artwork, adoptables, etc.As such, any progress made on a cancelled/abandoned commission is NOT permitted for usage outside my own.
